License: I obtained my real estate license in 2002. Since that time, in addition to receiving my broker’s license, I’ve received several industry designations that I believe bring value to my clients.

ABR: The “Accredited Buyer’s Representative”, (ABR) certification focuses on skills specifically used when representing and negotiating exclusively on behalf of a buyer. Did you know that in the state of Wisconsin all agents are working for the seller in a transaction unless a buyer has signed a buyer’s agency agreement with a licensed professional? Partnering with an agent that has fiduciary responsibilities to a buyer is of utmost importance in a purchase.

CRS Designation: My “Certified Residential Specialist” designation signifies the highest level of education a licensed agent can receive through the National Association of Realtors. Not only is it obtained because of an additional variety of training, it’s also based on experience and production. Less than 4% of licensed Realtors across our nation have secured and maintain this level of educational success.

CHMS: As a “Certified Home Marketing Specialist”, I have obtained the experience and skills necessary to stage a property to help it sell faster, and for a higher dollar figure. In today’s market, it’s imperative that a home shows well not only in person, but in photos. Thanks to the internet, your first showing is always online. Staging a home properly helps to achieve that great first impression.

SFR Designation: During difficult personal or market times, my “Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource”, (SFR) designation has been especially helpful when dealing with clients who are in precarious financial situations in regards to their homes. It can be extremely comforting to engage with someone that can answer the tough questions truthfully, and give guidance through a time of hardship.
